Public Tender Offers for Road Construction Projects
AndalousConsulting works along with tender offer bidders operating in public projects in Africa and Middle-East. Our support covers the entire tender process.
Our involvement begins with the financial offer drafting phase, and continues with the management of the issuance of all financial guarantees required throughout the lifetime of the project. This includes the issuance of advance payment and holdback guarantees as well as performance bonds.
At the same time, we organize local or international funding facilities needed by Contractors to fulfill the financialneesfor the execution of the works.
